On Saturday Donovan, Ethan, Quinn and Riley got to go to a Football Clinic put on by the Utah Valley Thunder. For those of you that don't know what they are (I'm guessing most don't, especially since this is their first year), they are a semi-pro Arena Football team.

This is a picture of all the rug rats that went to the camp together. They had a great time. It wasn't a huge turn out, maybe sixty. But that made it all the more worth it for those that went because the were able to get a lot of personal time with the coach and players. They were so excited. I'm pretty sure they will be talking about this for a while. :)
Here is a picture of the Head Coach talking to all the boys after the drills were done. I was very impressed with him and the players. They treated all the boys well, were very playful and fun yet really took time to give instruction and teach each one of them.

This is of the boys receiving instruction from part of the defensive line (with one of their running backs looking on). Donovan didn't love learning the stances on offense and defense. He loved the stations were he was hands on with catching or running the ball. I guess we know he won't be a lineman. LOL!

This is all the boys, coach and teammates together in the middle of the field, going over the drill stations. Each boy was put in a group and they learned different fundementals of the game. I think there were 6 in all: #1: Wide Reciever & Running Back #2: Tackling #3: Quarter Back #4: Offensive Line #5: Defensive Line #6: Secondary
